I was a regular customer for 6 months until I paid attention to my cleaning bill. I had the same number of shirts laundered every week, but I started noticing that Accent Cleaners would charge differently each time. I asked the lady why was the bill more than the last visit for the same amount of shirts. Her answer was that sometimes shirts need more cleaning like scrubbing the collar to get the stain out so they charged more. First, this is not disclosed anywhere and second, I work in a office and my dress shirts do not get dirty enough to have to do any extra cleaning. That?s the last time I went there. All other cleaners that I have used charge a flat rate for laundry and drycleaning and their pricing don?t fluctuate like the stock market. Accent should do the same because it's fair and the customer won't feel like they're being cheated. To top it off, they are rude and act like your business is a burden to them.
