I called Crow at about 4:30 one Thursday for a reservation for one at approximately 7:00 pm. I wanted table seating, because sometimes I enjoy going out alone with a good book to read while enjoying a fine dinner. I was told they there was no table seating for parties of one. So, later that evening (about 8:30 pm) on my way to find another place, I passed Crow. I noticed several empty small tables. I walked in and asked for one of the tables (a table for two) by the window. I was told it was reserved. I then asked for another table as there were plenty that were empty. They then told me no tables were available, but I could sit at the bar. The hostess said if I had wanted a table, I should have called for a reservation. Catch 22, right? Instead of arguing, I just left and never returned.
