I decided to try this salon for a touchup on my blonde highlights to take a break from my usual salon and to say I was extremely disappointed by the skill of my colorist is the understatement of the day. Do not go to this salon unless what you're looking for is so basic it can virtually not be ruined.
Jennifer was my assigned colorist and it was clear right off the bat that she didn't know what she was doing. When I asked her questions about the "new process" she wanted to try on my hair (despite the fact that I told her I was very happy with my previous highlights and just wanted a touch up) she could not give me intelligent answers. When I asked her about how it was going to look she her answers were vague and elusive as if she, herself, didn't know what she was doing. When I saw how my hair looked once it was "painted" by Jennifer and dried, I wanted to cry. By far, the worst highlight I have ever received. When I went to Jennifer and told her it was not what I asked for and I was very unhappy, she didn't seem to comprehend what I was telling her. When I pushed her on it, she agreed to try to make it better it with another process and made it even worse.
Finally, after 5 hours at the salon (which is not a all luxurious and quite uncomfortable) with my hair looking increasingly worse, I just wanted to get out of there. One of the assistants came over to me and told me she couldn't believe what had been done to my hair and brought the manager over who kept telling me how beautiful my hair looked and offered me a 20% discount on a manicure. Frightenly, I noticed there was a plaque on Jennifer's stand which indicated that she was about to move from junior to "senior" colorist. Avoid this salon at all costs.
Cons: Unskilled, Horrible Highlights
