This place really has 2 identities, during the day and early evening it is a good mix of all ages, blue and white collar workers, families, and tourists. Later in the evening when the music starts it basically turns into a 21 year old college crowd with the line out the door. I have been to other locations in this chain, Portland ME, Burlington VT, and Atlantic City NJ, all seemed to be sedate in comparision to Providence. This location has live bands playing music which has nothing to do with the Irish theme the restaurant portrays which i am assuming is the reason for the young crowd. The other locations when I have visited usually had live Irish music or a acoustic guitarist or two not rock music and the mixed crowd remains consistent through out the day and evening. The food is average at best. The real problem is the layout of the rooms, it is divided into 3 areas. Each area is basically a room by itself completely walled off, you can not see the people in the other rooms without actually walking into them. It is not a conducive atmosphere to meet people.
Pros: Reasonable prices
Cons: Young crowd, layout of rooms, crowded
