I was overwhelmed when I opened the yellow pages to search for a company to clean our carpets and, after asking friends and learning of their less-than-satisfactory experiences, I had opted to clean our carpets myself. My husband, however, selected Carpet DryClean based on the reviews he found online and, although I was skeptical, I decided to go along with trying at least once to have the carpets professionally cleaned. All of my apprehensions disappeared as soon as Joe arrived (punctually I might add)! Joe was extremely polite and thorough. The price of the cleaning actually was less than the estimate on the telephone and was worth every penny. We were extremely impressed with Joe and his work and feel fortunate to have chosen this company. Thank you!
