I spent some time in Vegas this summer and became a regular at Kaizen's two locations: Henderson and Paradise Rd. The sushi is incredibly fresh, the waitstaff and chefs are friendly and helpful, and the ambience & decor is inviting. I also enjoyed cooling off with an ice-cold Sapporo at the bar while watching game highlights on the wall-mounted flatscreens.\r
The best thing about Kaizen is the orginality of the dishes they serve. My favorites are the Snowcorn roll and the Korean BBQ roll. \r
The portions are generous the food is simply succulent. I wish Kaizen would open up a branch in Hong Kong. See you for sure the next time I'm in Vegas!
Pros: FOOD, ambience, service
Cons: Not enough of these around
