Awful customer service - horrible website - cold and uncaring staff. \r

I thought my wife paid our bill in full after she entered an online payment for our Firestone credit card account. I never received another bill in the mail, and I thought nothing of it. Turns out, we indeed did have a balance left over and after three months, I was charged $75. They refused to take it off because they said we opted for paper-less statements, which we did NOT do - we never go that route. They insisted we did, but also mentioned that their website can be ""confusing"" and other customers had made the same mistake. They actually admitted this to us yet refused to take off more than one of my charges. \r

Their customer service was horrible and their managers were cold and uncaring, even though the confusion is obviously on their end. We kept calling, but they ignored us.\r

Never ever again will I use this company. I cut up my Firestone credit card. They lost a good customer.
Pros: I have nothing good to say about them.
Cons: Horrible customer service, confusing website.
