Yeah, the food is pretty good, however, they have no customer service skills what-so-ever. I have never had a waiter or waitress that could speak english, they always bring the wrong thing or make their dish different than explained on their own menu, if the item even has a description. most item do not. if you ask them to explain an item on the menu , they have no idea what you are saying and then suggest the most expensive item, or whatever they like. my wife and I have gone there a few times when we don't feel like driving to osaka on sahara (best sushi in town) and we do like the food there. however after my last experience there, we will never go back. Having worked at a restaurant myself for a number of years, i really hate complaining when dining out, however, i will not spend $35.00 on lunch and be treated like dirt. They do not even try to compensate for their mistakes, not even an apology. bottom line, this place should be avoided at all costs. it is really a horrible and frustrating experience.
