Donna from party ponies DIDN'T SHOW UP!! she booked our party and then on the day of the party she sent an e-mail (when she could have called one of the 2 phone #s that she was provided with) to say that we would need to move up the time of our party or she could not make it. I was too busy setting up the morning of the party to check e-mail --- had she called I would have been able to move up the time ---- but instead I had 8 DISAPPOINTED CHILDREN and no phone call!!! I left 2 messages on her cell phone the day of the party , with no return call. Monday when I logged in to my e-mail I got the message about moving the time or she wasn't comming. I know the other party was booked 1st and she was squeezing us in, but then don't book it if you can't make it --- or at least call!!!!!
