He is very friendly and he explains in details the repairs that need to be done or have been done. He will let you know what you should have done to keep your car running smooth. He always puts a smile on the ""next oil change date/milage sticker"" Most importantly, the cars that I have purchased, all pre-owned, have been reliable with the full history available on each vehicle.
