I used to absolutely love to get a big slice at Mama's and Papas, but a couple of months ago I came in with friends because I wanted them to try it out. One of my friend's pizza was burnt. He asked to get another slice, they refused. He accepted that but then asked for some marinara sauce to dip it in because it was so dry... again, they refused. \r

I know this sounds completely unbelievable, but it happened. I was completely shocked by their poor customer service.\r

I guess in their eyes, the customer isn't right... too bad for them.
Pros: who cares if the service is horrible!
Cons: extremely rude, not customer service oriented
