These guys had my tv fixed in an hour! Very cool! Had me sit on the couch and watch HDTV until they were done. They would even let me see what they were doing to my machine while I was waiting.\r

Pros: comfortable couch to wait on. let me watch. only took an hour.
Cons: wanted me to pay money up front to look at my tv.
