We purchased a house from Temple. The basement has leaked twice in the span of two weeks, hopefully they will pay to have the rest of basement waterproofed, they stated verbally we had a ten year warrantee, one was never produced. If they pay for the other half of the waterproofing then the rating may go up. Time will tell.
