I needed two teeth to be pulled out and it was covered by my insurance. The cost for one tooth was suppose to be $15. I went to this American Family Dental office, and Dr. Farzam told me that it is not covered and it will cost $200 for pulling out one tooth. I talked to my insurance the day before and I knew that the dentist was telling lies. He was supposed to send a request for authorization to my insurance. When it didn't come in 21 days, a lady from insurance called and asked him to fax it. The dentist refused. Not only he was caught telling the lie, but he never appologized and was delaying me by not sending the request letter to the insurance.
