I lived in one of their properties in Brentwood and enjoyed my time there until my apartment was flooded with sewage. They did not clean up the mess and left my furniture dirty. The manager was rude and unconcerned about my situation. My place smelt awful and the walls molded. Little did I know that the unit I lived in has been flooded many times prior! They are slow to fix problems and do not return phone calls promptly. I would not recommend living in there properties to anyone! I was homeless for a short time because of their faulty management!!!
