A first visit in August was enjoyable. On a recent Sept. visit the noise level was so loud my dinner partner and I couldn't carry on a conversation. (How about a carpet?) Wine by the glass could be more reasonably priced. And, most disappointing of all, foods that were intended to be hot (scallops) were cold.
