I'd never been to Matt's Bar. After hearing my boyfriend rave about it for a year and half I really wanted to try it. We decided to go one afternoon for a little date. It was a really cool dive bar! It was really smoky but if you can get past that you'll really like the food. We had juicy lucy's (of course) and fries. One basket will feed several people. The beer was cold. The food was good. I thought the waitress was being really nice until she started butting into our conversation and hitting on my boyfriend. She was at least 7 years older than him and 10 years older than me but she kept on hitting on him. It got to the point where I stopped talking and then he did too! It kinda ruined the end of our meal. Maybe it was because we sat at the bar. I would go again but I would definatley get a booth as far away from the wait staff as possible.
Pros: Good Food
Cons: Waitress hitting on my boyfriend... ruined conversation
