I recently went to Toro's for Sunday brunch, it was a rip off. If I wanted to spend $12 for two eggs and toast , I would have stayed at home. Though I did have a brioche toast that was tasty
Pros: Great Service, excellent wait staff
Cons: Poor value, small selection, small plates
