I've been a customer for three years. The owner remembered my name after the first visit. The White-Wall crew seems to love their work and they have great attitude toward customers. I have a high comfort level with their diagnosis. They explain what is going on with the car so a layman can understand. They respect the customer's hard earned dollars and want to give the best value. btw, Cup-A-Joes (a college-esque coffee shop) is within walking distance as is Nice Price Books (a used book store) and the Readers Corner (another used book store), so if you are stuck until the car is fixed, you have cool places to spend your time!
