After buying an expensive piece of equipment and have it fail, we were very pleased with the service from Bigner TV Electronics. While the part was on back order (from the manufacturer) and we had to wait 3 months, they were very polite and thorough in their explanation that they were working with the manufacturer to resolve the repair. I would most definitely use them again, in or out of manufacturer's warranty
