I would highly recommend AGAINST the use of this vendor! Not only was I not provided a written estimate prior to work being performed, the diagnosis was incorrect and the repair performed made matters worse. After hiring an authorized repair service, they informed me that the prior work would need to be reversed in order to resolve my issues. Within a 1/2 hours time, all issues had been resolved.
