Although waiting can be an issue, you can't rush perfection! The staff is always so pleasant and caring. The receptionist deserve medals for all they endure and the technicians are all highly skilled. This is the only place I know of that opens at SIX IN THE MORNING for all the early birds who need a waxing service to wake them up in the morning, works better than caffeinated beverages I suppose! :)
