I went in for a basic haircut and was excited to try a new place. When I got there, I loved the funky atmosphere and thought the setup was great. One of the owners, Lisa, was doing my cut, so I felt like I would be in good hands since it was an owner... WRONG! She sat and listened to me and it seemed like she was paying attention to me. I had told her NOT to use the edge of the scissors like a razor on my hair because I do not like the way my hair is a week later when it starts growing in. What does she do... uses the edge of the scissors and then proceeds to tell me that it is the hairstylist that is using the tool worng and that is why I don't like my hair afterwards. Well, I guess she is using them wrong because this is the worst haircut I ever had in my life!!! I cried for three straight days and I am not a crier! I usually brush a bad cut off because hair grows back, but this was so bad!!! She put layers in and they were uneven in the back by 2 inches! My husband told me to go back, but there is no way I would want them to try to fix the horrid job they did. It sounds like the only people with good experiences had Nicolette as their stylist.
Pros: nice atmosphere
Cons: bad stylist, way overpriced
