I was at this office for 2 hrs for less than 10 minutes of actual care (xrays and dentist exam). I originally had called to get a cleaning (they did not have that scheduled). I was not the only one frustrated with the care - as while I was in the waiting room, no less than 4 people were complaining to the receptionist/office manager -- and not just about the wait, but rather issues that had obviously had been ongoing. Facilities were untidy and a bit old. Pros: on my insurance plan Cons: disorganized, dirty, not patient centric. more
