We strive to provide a fun and safe atmosphere for your children to grow not only physically but emotionally as well. We hope that along with their athletic skills learned, they can also take home life skills of positive attitudes, team work, and healthy habits that will last throughout their lives. The majority of my background is in gymnastics. I was a competitve gymnast for 13 years, three of which I trained and competed in the Far East. I attended Junior Olympics for two years before entering college. Cheerleading was an amazing, fun outlet for me during junior high, high school, and in college. I have had many years experience coaching gymnastics and have coached both recreation and all-star cheerleading here in Florida for the past five years. I am also a certified fitness instructor. Currently, I am the head coach for the Gulf Coast Twisters All-Stars and credentialed through USASF. I believe we have a Great program here at Gulf Coast Gymnastics with a wonderful amount of knowle
