I've tried other gyms but they don't compare to Equinox at 85th Street. This gym is SO clean and the staff is very friendly. They are always upgrading their machines. At other gyms I always felt like I was a guest but here I feel like a member of an upscale club. The staff knows me by name and are always so attentive to my needs and requests. I love the classes and I LOVE the spa! After I go spinning I get a relaxing facial or a massage. The mani/pedi room is excellent, you get your own private space...instead of a crowd at the ""factory"" nail salons. You can get in shape & get pampered...there's nothing wrong with a reward after a hard workout. :-)
