Loved it! An actual person answered the phone when I called and set up an appointment on the date I wanted. They said they would call me half an hour before they arrived and they did. And they came at the time they said they would. How is that for customer service. My carpets look great and since there is no water my 2 children were able to come home right away and play on the carpet. I highly recommend this service.
