Customer services was great. The cleaning staff was very polite and organized. They \r
immediately got down to business and was finished in a timely fashion. I was pleasantly\r
surprised that the product actually worked and the carpet was clean and fresh. And for the\r
most part dry except in areas that were heavily stained or soiled. But those were dry as \r
well in just a few hours. I was very pleased with the overall service. And I will be a repeat\r
