food was good, atmosphere was good, but the watier lost my credit card and never came back to tell me about it. After 20 minutes of sitting at the table waiting for him to come back, I walked behind the kitchen and found him looking for my card under the wine refrigerator. They still charged me for the meal, and called me later to tell me that they hadn't found it yet and that I should cancel my card. The next day I spoke to the manager and asked for a credit on my meal or at least something complimentary since it's a huge hassle to cancel a credit card, he said he'd look into it, but never got back to me... i know it may be a one time thing that they lost my card, but they also lost me as a customer since the way they dealt with the situation was so poor. more
