The sushi is fresh and innovative. I don't know how they get such fresh sushi in the desert, but I'm not complaining. The term ""Kaizen"" means change through continuous improvements, and I'm looking forward to seeing what else can be improved in this ""little jewel in the desert"". The waitstaff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially when ordering from their wide selection of fresh sushi. Will I go back? You better believe that this place is now a regular stopping ground for me. Also, this place will cater to large parties, and won't charge an arm and a leg like most Vegas places. Late night dining is also a great time for people watching here. 2 thumbs up, big time!
