Ok, I don't normally put too much into other people's reviews, but I wanted to share my experience to possibly help someone else out there. First of all, I'm a guy. I used to go to cheap places to get my hair cut and unfortunately, it showed. I couldn't really count on consistency. I can count on a great cut everytime from each stylist at this salon mainly because they all seem to be involved and paying attention. Been going for about 2 years now. When I'm there a stylist takes the lead, an assististant gets me a latte and I sit back and relax. The other stylists check in and occaisionally finish up. I like this approach because everyone knows my name and knows what I like. They do seem to have a system for the handling customers and offering explanations about the products they're using. I'm glad they do this because I would have no clue otherwise. ;) I go in about every 4-5 weeks for my haircut. I tried color at the beginning of the summer (at my wife's request) ""Guylites"". They did a good job and made me look few years younger. I need it. I highly recommend this salon. Sideline tip: Try to stop by Caffe Torre in the same building!
