Cupcakes and brownies are exceptional, other food is good too. If the staff were less amateur, this really would be a great place, (although the ambience could be better, too). Some staff are so friendly they stand chatting with regular customers or friends forever while everyone else stands in the cramped doorway waiting to finally place an order. Other servers are downright rude and dismissive, like they're doing you a big favor. They rarely keep thier self-serve water and coffee bar filled, and the tables sit uncleared for a long time even when people are standing there waiting to sit down. (Tables are left sticky, too, and the staff seems too cool to clean things up for the next customer.) I usually get my food to go now, and only if I feel like dealling with the line and the attitude. Too bad, 'cause the food is quite good.
