I have known about 10 people that have worked here and here's a few things I have learned. \r
1. They do not wash off knives or cutting boards when cutting meat and vegetables. Nor do they ever wash their hands.\r
2. If you are female you get paid $13/h, male you make between minimum and 11/h. I knew one guy who made $12.\r
3. If you are seen taking any amount of a tip you are fired. The manager takes all tips and does not report them. Also, if you tell a customer that you don't get tips you are fired.\r
4. Although helpful for some, workers are instructed to seat Indians first, no matter who has been waiting the longest.\r
5. Workers get one or two 10 minute breaks, depending on how busy. NO Lunch breaks.\r
6. Management calls their Mexican workers ""amigos"" in a derogetory way and makes them do all the dirty jobs (like when someone pooped in the urinal)\r
7. When it gets really busy it doesn't matter what you order. Everyone will get the same dish only one might have coconut sprinkled on top.\r
8. Of all of the things I've heard people biting into these two are most memorable: deepfried fly and a bloody bandaid. I believe they got a free dessert to compensate.\r
There were so many disgusting things I have heard from this place I cringe when I think of how many times I've eaten there. I was also once told they use bisquick to make the naan. They do have wonderful daal and chutneys but I would rather make it half assed at home than take my chances here.\r
Pros: I'm drawing a blank here.
Cons: employees working conditions, kitchen not sanitary
