I have mixed feelings about the Upstream. The food is really good. The food item that stands out on the list is their Beer Cheese Soup. It is made with a smoked gouda that is out of this world. Every food item I have ordered from there has been perfect. The kitchen staff really have their act together. What I don't like about it, is that it is always jammed with the beer fans. Granted, it is a brewery, so it was designed that way. But it makes it hard when you are there for the food and you have to wait for the socialites to get done so you can get a table. I am hoping that they will expand their dining section so that the rest of us can get in. It is also very loud, and when you're trying to be romantic, screaming across the table doesn't make it easy. So it is NOT a good date place unless you're after a beer connasuer.\r
