For the third year in a row, we waited for service during lunchtime for 30-45 minutes. There were plenty of tables available, but the host kept a line of people waiting out the door. Six wait staff were running around behind the counter, in total disarray, some not doing anything at all. So instead of getting a table, we opted for the salad bar, where no one helped us. Prices were exorbitantly high ($30/pound for candy. We don't even know how much the salad bar cost because no one asked to assist us!) There is not good management at this place. It could have been much more efficient. We walked out as did several other people. The one time we were served several years ago, the food was OK, nothing great. This place is definitely overhyped. There are other much better places to eat in Sun Valley.
