These folks have had my Onkyo receiver for 2 months now. I was told to expect 3-4 weeks. At 5 weeks I called (they never call you) and asked what the status was. I was told that they tried to fix it, but found more problems, so were waiting on more parts. The parts were to arrive w/in a week, they'd be installed, and I'd be called when it was ready to go. 3 weeks later, guess who hasn't been called. I tried to reach the technician 3 times today over the course of 7 hours, and never heard back. Tech hadn't even bothered to show up the first time I called a few minutes after 9. On my last call the receptionist told me that there were just too many problems and that they needed to send the unit to Onkyo. Had this already been done several weeks ago? No of course not. So now I get to wait another few months with a different service group, because Falcones doesn't have the authority to authorize replacements. Did they at least ship the unit immediately overnight to Onkyo? Nope. Not even when I asked specifically. It's going out grount... tomorrow. (It was only 4:15 when I called) Tomorrow I will have to call to double check that it was even sent out.\r

If there's anyway to avoid using these guys, please avail yourself of it. If you were like me, and simply have no choice because they're the only ones who can handle your warranty service, begin calling them 2x/day IMMEDIATELY. The only way to spur them into action I can think of is to become an irritant. Don't even bother being nice. That got me nowhere for 2 months.\r
