EATS really is the kind of spot where you pay 5 dollars for a hot homemade meal that'll stick to your bones. Skip the pasta section; the noodles are often overdone and the sauces are pretty bland. However, the meat and veggies line is what EATS is known for--perfectly steamed greens, fresh cornbread, comforting chicken chili and great rotisserie meats. The selection of veggie sides is impressive. Don't come here expecting shiny-clean tables and muzak playing in the background, and the parking lots leaves a lot to be desired. However, the food is fresh and fast and the prices won't leave you hurting.
Pros: Price, portions, turkey meatloaf
Cons: Parking lot, cash only
