Dining here is an experience, albeit a very, very expensive experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful -- very spacious with high ceilings, but not in a way that makes you feel isolated. The staff is attentive and knowledgable, but not a way that is intimidating. The food is beautifully presented and very, very creative. My friend ordered a halibut that had been slow-cooked in a 150 degree oven, and it was the most tender halibut I'd ever tasted. The portions are small, but they provided an amuse bouche with every course. For example, prior to our appetizers, we each received an amuse bouche of raw oyster, a cheese puff, and a foie gras creme brulee. Definitely worth experiencing at least once in your life. Pros: Decor, Food, Service Cons: $$$$ more
