If you're looking for the most authentic and delicious menu and food, Thai Bu-ree is the best option in the St. Louis area. I've lived in Thailand and this is the closest we have to the real thing. The owner, staff, and cook are all Thai, and the menu offers several items unique to Thailand that other local restaurants don't serve (sticky rice and mango dessert, fried sweet potato, and several fish dishes). The papaya salad with sticky rice is the best around...a generous portion and lots of peanuts--very key. Curries were thick--as they should be; not made with watered-down coconut milk. The fish was great--strong basil and chile flavors with lots of spice. Very reasonable prices. Trust me--I've been to all the Thai restaurants in St. Louis and this is the best by far. It's a hidden gem/secret. Don't believe the hype of other restaurants...try this.
Pros: Authentic menu options, absolutely delicious and authentic food, service.
Cons: Maybe ambiance, but it's still decent.
