I bought a ""couture"" wedding gown here for >$2500- paid in advance for the dress & alterations- waited 6 months for a dress- the designer closed up shop & disappeared with the money. Bridaltown continued to claim that the dress was on its way- it never came. Bridaltown never called me back & refused to return my money on a dress they couldn't even provide for me. I had to go thru my credit card company to get my money refunded. This was absolutely the worst experience & if you want to actually get the dress you pay for, I would suggest you buy it anywhere except Bridaltown. Please trust me on this.
