I've found the service at Pava to range anywhere from relatively non-offensive to horrid, but certainly nothing approaching ""fabulous"". There is just a certain air of unprofessionalism that just cannot help but distract from one's enjoyment of the food (e.g. inability to open wine, failure to be able to describe dishes, etc.).
