Brochure says knowledgeable friendly staff experienced with kids. Reality is rude staff who ignore you when you walk in, do not know what you need, and most importantly do not have skills with children AT ALL. The woman that time did not even speak directly to my daughter. One man was especially rude last time I went, maybe because I am a much younger mom than most. I have tried them out 2 years in a row now, I highly suggest buying online and save a disappointing trip!
