After a long, hot day of boating, nothing can top off the day like some cocktails and Mexican food. El Sarape is THE BEST thing around in Parker.... actually, I think its the best restaurant in Parker. The food is wonderful, the atmosphere is fun and the service is great! I'm still waiting until ""Tacos & Beer"" opens ~ El Sarape's 24 hour drive through version. A must have when in Parker!!
