I have been training at NYUF for years, before Eric the current owner bought it. He has done an amazing job with the gym. Lot's of great new equipment. It's a little small and crowded with equipment. It is sometimes very crowded, but more often not at all. There is a lot of independent training that goes on here. The mens locker/shower room isn't really all that great, but it gets the job done. For a lot of people, this gym is all they need.
