The salon is tucked in the back of the beauty store so waiting for your appointment can be dangerous to your pocketbook with so many fun things to buy! There was no receptionist at the appointment desk, although there were 2 girls looking at their schedules who didn't say hello to me. I waiting a few minutes before someone acknowledged me. Sal came out for my appointment and did a nice consultation and then led me back to the shampoo area. The chairs are nice and the shampoo was great. The service was just ok. He didn't engage in much conversation, even with me asking him questions. He was nice, but not friendly. My style out looked pretty good in the store but immediately frizzed up once I got outside.
