This is going to sound like one of those cheesy ads you find in the back of a magazine, but it's all true...! When I started working with Tammy at Outrageously Fit in 2003, I was a nearly 300-lb couch potato. By 2005, I had earned a five-state triathlon ranking by being one of only 17 women to complete three qualifying triathlons (a sprint, an Olympic, and a half-Ironman), and this year I completed the 200-mile Seattle-to-Portland Bike Classic in one day.
