I've been going to Berkeley Barber for years, and my father introduced me. He used to take me, and now I go on my own. It's the best barber shop in LA, filled with vintage memorabilia of barbershop stuff. Friendly courteous non-attitude staff. I especially like Tom, who has been cutting my hair for years. He's a class act all the way, smart, knows more about film than anyone I've ever met. He gives an amazing haircut, is smart, not intrusive, doesn't overwhelm you with conversation, and follows your emotional pace and need. If you're quiet, he's quiet. He doesn't cross boundaries, and is just a man of integrity. Highly recommended!
