On July 3, 2006, we took our dog in to be groomed. almost 3 weeks later I had to pick up her ashes at the vets. No explaination, no apologies, just ""of course we will pay to dispose of your dog"" followed by extreme rudness and threats to call the police if I did not leave his store.
