Parents beware!!! Staff was impersonnal, unattentive, unprofessional and quite rude. I would never advise anyone to give their business to this center. I have heard negative reviews from numerous parents around the area and I'm glad that I was well informed about it before I sent my child there! Do not let the 4 star rating fool you. I have found other child cares in the area that were 4 stars or less that ranked above and beyond this center on MY list. As a picky parent and a smart one, I went with my gut instinct and decided never to set foot in that center again. I hope this review helps all of you out there looking for child care. I would highly recommend checking out ALL of the other options in Boone before choosing this one. Happy child care hunting!
Pros: Nice play area, although it would be nicer if they had a teacher that supervised the children in the play area
Cons: Rude staff, playground is on a huge hill with no teacher supervising, teachers do not look like they enjoy their job
