The Check Engine light was on in my car, so I brought it in to a service place down the street. They charged me $300 and didn't fix the problem, and wanted to charge me another $1700. I decided to go for a second opinion, so went to another mechanic. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car. I took it to this Ford dealer's service center, and they had my car diagnosed in just a few hours (my car had already been in 5 times between the other two places), fixed only a few hours after that, and I saved almost $1500 (and a misdiagnosis) by using the dealer's service over that of a private shop. My car is back to running normal for much less than I thought I'd have to spend...especially since I had taken it to the dealer!
Pros: fast, accurate, friendly
Cons: Distance from downtown
